Our Assistant General Manager Liz Guadian might seem like a seasoned hospitality pro when you see her on the floor, but you'd be surprised to learn it's only one of several career pursuits she already has under her young belt. Although she's been in management roles since the age of 17, she's explored cut and sew clothing industry and dispensaries as well as the food & beverage world.
Liz prides herself on longevity and the positive impact she can make on every guest's experience.
Originally from Yakima, Washington but raised right here in Vegas, Liz loves to hike, play pool and practice her painting when not on the clock. Her preferred cocktail from Esther's current list is the Cured intentions and her favorite pasta is the Zucca.

One of our latest lunchtime hits is this East Coast Roast Beef Dip.
We roast the beef low and slow, then slice it up and serve in a beef, veal and Worcestershire au jus with our horseradish cheese sauce, melted provolone, chives and caramelized onions on a Bar Boheme baguette.

Round one was a success! 🍸🥊
The Night Shift cocktail competition kicked off at Esther's Kitchen with a full crowd, a high-energy set by DJ Nightweapons, and plenty of Suntory behind the bar. Bartenders delivered creativity and some seriously impressive cocktails. Congrats to our first round winners.

People ask who did the design of the new Esther’s Esther's Kitchen. It was my sister Amanda working with Vinni LaPadula. He did the custom designed wallpapers, the pictures designs and installs. The menu wall on the way to the restrooms was a great idea that he brought to life.
He even did the original Esthers! So if you want the best local place, use the best local people.
Thank you Vinni for making our dreams come to life so we get to share them every day with our community.

The Night Shift cocktail competition and series is back at Esther’s Kitchen! 🍸🥃🍹
This much-loved annual event kicks off on April 28 at 10pm and runs through July. Sponsored by our friends at Suntory, the event finds Las Vegas Bartenders of all skill levels going head-to-head in a bracket-style showdown, displaying their most inventive cocktails and creative techniques.
Hosted at Esther's Kitchen, four monthly installments will feature a curated lineup of competitors selected by Beverage Director Tucker St. John. The competition is open to the public and everyone is welcome to compete, to spectate or simply raise a glass, mingle and learn. Guest chefs will serve complementary bites. Suntory products will be flowing while DJ Nightweapons spins vinyl.
