We don't always talk about the community events we participate in, but here's one we were very proud to help with today: the Las Vegas Non Profit Grand Prix at Gene Woods Racing Experience
Of course we didn't just drop.off pre-made food, we made fresh pasta, salad and wood fire pizzas all afternoon!

But of course, we had to do this classic Roman pasta our way.
Guanciale fat, toasted black pepper, egg yolks, pecorino and parmesan cheese make the sauce. We toss this with our fresh housemade rigatoni, then finish with rendered guanciale and fresh snap peas.
