Meet Chef Joel Ott! 👨🍳 Joel is Ahern Hotel’s Vice President of Culinary and helps oversee our cooking & restaurant team of 70+ people. Visit the Trattoria and it’s not uncommon to find Joel getting busy in the kitchen helping to serve hungry guests.
Before lending his culinary talents to Trattoria by Chef Marc, Chef Joel worked in the kitchens of many high-end restaurants inside Las Vegas Strip hotels, including the Bellagio, Planet Hollywood, the Wynn, and more.

Named after me — Chef Marc Sgrizzi — Sgrizzi’s Romana Style Pizzeria is right next door to the Trattoria and is the perfect pitstop for pizza lovers. Light and airy thin crust made with authentic Romana dough. Dine in or grab a pizza to-go! Only inside the Ahern Hotel.
