Owner Kevin Mills and manager Nick Cosgrove do multiple Costco runs a week to shop items at a lower price than food distributors can offer. Prices fluctuate week to week and month to month so shopping the lowest prices is a constant challenge. However, it allows The Omelet House to avoid raising prices, keep our food fresh, and our portions large.

For years now, owner Kevin Mills has been hosting quarterly “Legends Breakfasts.” Kevin uses these special, invite only breakfasts to keep the spirit of old Las Vegas alive. His guests are treated to breakfast in exchange for sharing stories from long ago when Vegas truly was a small town.
Guests include Oscar and Carolyn Goodman, Ralph Lamb, Bill Barnett, Battista Locatelli, Jack and Corin Entratter, Joe Lombardo and many more. Journalists attend to record these recollections so they aren’t lost to time.
It’s the stories from many years ago, shared by the attorneys, plumbers, show girls, restaurant owners, law enforcement, etc that echo culture that Las Vegas used to have. Thank you Kevin for making sure these stories are told and heard!

The duo that started it all and made the Omelet House the gem that it is. Mike McGowan and Kevin Mills were partners in business and friends in life. Mike was the creative force that experimented with recipes and decorated the restaurant to feel like home. Kevin has the business mind that has kept things running smoothly all of these years. Without these two, the Omelet House wouldn’t be here today.

Here at the Omelet House, we try to have something for everyone. Some of our omelets are hearty enough to satisfy the largest of appetites, others are light enough to fuel you without weighing you down. Here, we have a baby Greek Omelet with tomatoes instead of potatoes. But we don’t recommend skipping out on the homemade breads.
