Spring has arrived at The Coffee Class 🌿

We’re introducing a fresh lineup of seasonal dishes, each crafted to feel a little brighter, a little lighter, and full of flavor.

Here’s what’s new:

• French Dip Au Jus
Tender roast beef, melted Swiss, caramelized onion aioli on a crisp baguette, served with rich au jus and a fresh side salad.

• Creamy Spinach Crab Benedict
Citrus-kissed crab on brioche with creamed spinach, poached eggs, and silky béarnaise, finished with gremolata.

• The Classy Breakfast
Applewood smoked bacon, soft scrambled eggs, seasonal fruit, a flaky croissant, and crispy potato stacks with Mornay sauce.

• Madame Croissant
Our take on a Croque Madame with Swiss, bacon, poached eggs, Mornay, and fresh chives. Served with a crisp side salad.

• Chef’s Fruit Medley
Seasonal fruit with caramelized oats, orange foam, and a drizzle of honey.
