Good morning from Loaded Empanadas in Boca Park! Today is June 29th, and we're getting everything ready for another great day. Every morning, we deep-clean our kitchen, brush and scrub our floors, and clean the coils on all of our refrigerators because cleanliness and food quality are our top priorities.
Our team is arriving and getting everything prepared for lunch. We proudly serve our $20 Lunch Special from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., which includes two delicious empanadas, one soup or side, and a drink.
We truly love being in the restaurant business. Every day is exciting, every guest is important to us, and we enjoy creating fresh, delicious food for our Las Vegas community.

Our Beef Short Rib Empanada is made from scratch with patience and the best ingredients.
We slow-cook our beef short ribs for 4 hours until they're tender and full of flavor. Then we mix them with fresh garlic, fresh shallots, red and green peppers, sea salt, and butter to create a rich, delicious filling.
