We’ll be open starting at 4pm for dinner service, and serving our Rodizio style meats as well as entrees like this Fire Salmon!
Grilled salmon with red Thai chili glaze and mango jalapeño salsa. Served with mashed potato purée and grilled zucchini and squash spears. Finished with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
Our bar is open at 4, serving the freshest cocktails at the best price on The Strip as well! Join us for a pre-game cocktail or two! 🍸

MINI HANDMADE MANGO EMPANADAS
Flaky pastry filled with ripe mango, hand-folded and lightly dusted with sugar.
TIRAMISU
An Italian classic with espresso-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and coco.
MILLION DOLLAR PIE IN A ROCKS GLASS
Pineapple, coconut, and pecans folded into a silky cream. Layered in a rocks glass with buttered graham cracker dust.
BANANA CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH BRÛLÉED BANANAS
Pampas’ signature dessert. Banana and rich chocolate cake swirled together, paired with homemade light chocolate whipped cream and brûléed banana slices.

Pair this dish with a glass of bubbly like a mimosa, or our 'Tropic Like It’s Hot' ~ made with Champagne, mango purée, and orange juice and served in a glass with a Tajín-sugar rim. Sweet, citrusy, and a little spicy. Vacation in a glass!
Doors open daily at 7am, and breakfast is served until 11am ~ Located in the Miracle Mile Shops!
