20 years ago, Rachel's Kitchen opened its first restaurant in Las Vegas. Giving back to the communities we serve has been part of our story ever since.
Through Friends of Rachel's, we've committed to charitable giving across every location. This week, we're marking our anniversary by putting that commitment into action.
From September 21–27, we're partnering with Project 150, a Las Vegas nonprofit supporting homeless, displaced, and disadvantaged high school students, for our Round Up for Rachel's 20th Anniversary campaign.
Here's how it works:
🧡 Order in-store or online at any Rachel's Kitchen location in Nevada
🧡 Round your total up to the nearest dollar at checkout
🧡 100% of the round-up goes directly to Project 150
It's a small ask that adds up fast when a whole community joins in — a few cents at a time, together making a real difference for local students. It felt like the right way to celebrate 20 years: not just looking back, but giving forward.

2026 has been a year of milestones for Rachel's Kitchen 🎉
Earlier this year, the U.S. Small Business Administration named us the 2026 Nevada Woman-Owned Business of the Year. Now, as we celebrate our 20th anniversary, we've been named to the 2026 CO- by U.S. Chamber of Commerce's list of America's top small and mid-sized businesses — in the Enduring Businesses category.
Two national honors in one year, two decades in the making. What started as a single Las Vegas restaurant in 2006 has grown into eight locations across Las Vegas and Frisco, TX, built on fresh food and a lot of hard work through changing markets, rising costs, and evolving guest expectations.
This recognition belongs to our employees, our guests, and the communities that have supported us since day one. Thank you for 20 years 🧡
