In 1960, Antoine and Leila Hedary opened the very first Hedary’s in Lebanon. In 1976, they brought their talent and love of cooking to Texas, introducing their cuisine to a new home. Since then, Hedary’s has become an institution in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Now, coinciding with the 50th anniversary of our Texas debut, comes Hedary’s Las Vegas.
Opened in February 2026, this location begins a new chapter in the Hedary’s story—one inspired by everything that brought us here, rooted in the same family traditions that have guided us for decades, and shaped by a deeper care for how we eat and the impact we leave behind.
Watch as we roll our pita dough, bring it to life in our fire-lit oven and serve it steaming hot. Go inside the Hedary’s kitchen where we make everything from scratch, including our pickles, meats and our extra-virgin olive oil dressings and sauces. Get a detailed look at how our dreamy baklava gets made and see our famous Frarej—a 65-year-old family recipe. Our house-made favorites include hummus, falafel, shawarma, lamb gyro and stuffed grape leaves. Everything we serve is 100% seed-oil-free, using the same recipes our family has perfected over generations.
