Urth Caffé at Wynn Las Vegas is a breakfast and brunch restaurant as well as a coffee shop located on S Las Vegas Boulevard. Guests can enjoy delightful treats such as the Urth Fruit Tart with glazed seasonal fruits on top of vanilla pastry creme or Poach Di Parma with toasted ancient grain ciabatta, garlic truffle aioli, sautéed wild mushrooms, Prosciutto di Parma topped with poached eggs, wild arugula, Reggiano parmesan and sage butter. They also offer fresh smoothies made from a variety of seasonal fruits. Gluten-free bread is available upon request.

The Urth Napoleon is made with our secret recipe pastry cream layered in house-made puff pastry and caramelized sugar. Crispy, creamy – a delight.
Niazpeyrovan commented “Love this Napoleon! Full of flavor, yet not too sweet! Perfect with coffee or tea. One of my favorite bakery item on the menu, and I always try to snag one before they sell out! Instead of whipped cream, this Napoleon uses cream!”

Cmkunkle commented “Prepared to perfection! Urth Caffé chefs know how to create amazing omelets! Fluffy and delicious and served with luscious side salad and bread (with tantalizing blackberry jam!) – add this to your Urth Bucket List! Over the top yumminess!!”
The Mexican Omelet is made with three eggs, Roma tomatoes, green chilies, red onions, Monterey jack cheese and cilantro and served with fresh salsa. We’ll also add fresh-baked bread and a farm fresh mixed greens salad served upon request only.

Take a big bite out of our Grilled Cilantro Chicken Breast With Pesto Sandwich for lunch or dinner!
We love Sharon’s description of it – “I tried this sandwich for the first time and fell in love. It has the perfect combination of chicken and herbs. I like to order sauces on the side so I can add as little or as much as I want. You will love this sandwich, too.”

Urth’s Caffé Mocha Granita – blended ice mocha with rich chocolate and organic espresso – caused Deesalinas13 to write “OK, let me start by saying that I am not usually a blended coffee type gal but this OMG it’s so delicious! I add an extra shot for added effect! its super tasty and the sweetness is not much!”
