Inspired by the Filipino dish Kare-Kare & Spy X Family, this idea was submitted by one of our customers & brought to life by our chef.
Peanut-rich pork broth inspired by kare kare, featuring seared eggplant “chashu,” green bean and eggplant succotash, crispy pork, green onions and crushed peanuts.
