Keep left at the fork and follow signs for Charleston Boulevard W/Sahara Avenue W. Turn left onto W Sahara Ave, then turn right onto S Valley View Blvd. Finally, turn right onto Meadows Ln.

From McCarran International Airport: Head south on Paradise Rd and continue straight onto Swenson St. Turn left onto E Tropicana Ave and continue for about 4 miles until you reach Interstate 15 North. Merge onto I-15 N and continue for about 3 miles. Take exit 40 for Sahara Avenue/Charleston Boulevard. Keep left at the fork and follow signs for Charleston Boulevard W/Sahara Avenue W. Turn left onto W Sahara Ave, then turn right onto S Valley View Blvd. Finally, turn right onto Meadows Ln.
