Well, if it isn’t all Greek to me…

Imported gyro meat from New York, fried onions, a feta–Cooper Sharp blend, and an imported seeded roll from Liscio’s. Finished with romaine, tomatoes, and diced red onion—because I want onion in every bite, not one giant chunk trying to take the whole sandwich hostage.
