The Bootlegger Italian Bistro

The Bootlegger Bistro, an Italian restaurant located on Las Vegas Boulevard S, has been serving traditional family recipes since 1949. Chef Mama Maria and her family have owned numerous restaurants in Las Vegas before opening the first Bootlegger Bistro in 1972. Their traditional recipes, passed down from Maria's grandfather Luigi, have remained unchanged.

Congratulations to the new UFC Featherweight champion of the world

On 12/06/2020, Ilia came to eat at The Bootlegger with his coach and took these photos with our server, Eddie. He was so happy to see his old friend become the champ last night!

We have had the honor of serving many UFC champions and stars at our restaurant over the years, Ilia being one of them. I guess that’s what happens when you eat pasta! Che figata!
