Bolognese with a little Spanish warmth. 🇪🇸
It starts with the familiar things: garlic, onions, tomato, parmesan. Then the Spanish chorizo cooks into the sauce and brings that deeper, richer flavor that makes the whole plate feel a little bolder without losing the comfort of a good pasta.

No. 22 in the Las Vegas Valley is something we are grateful for.
Rang’s has always been about putting Filipino, Spanish, and Italian flavors on one plate without losing the feeling behind them. Familiar ingredients, careful technique, and dishes that carry a little memory with every bite.

What an incredible honor for us to be included in Las Vegas Review-Journal’s Top 100 Restaurants. 🥳
Three years ago, we opened our doors with a very personal way of cooking shaped by the cuisines we grew up with and the memories that have followed us into this kitchen.
To be recognized among so many remarkable restaurants in Las Vegas is something we are deeply grateful for.

Bistek does not need a big introduction.
It is one of those Filipino dishes that already knows what it is: beef, soy, citrus, onions, and rice to bring it all together. When Chef Rang put it on the menu, she kept that familiar flavor intact and gave it a little more care in the way it is prepared.
USDA Prime New York strip, seared carefully, finished with that savory citrus sauce, and served with jasmine rice.
Still comforting. Still familiar. Just done the Rang’s way.

Pulpo is always a good idea when you want something to start the table right.
Ours is a beautifully braised octopus, crispy layered potatoes, and Galician sauce, so every bite has a little tenderness, crunch, and richness to it. It’s Spanish-inspired, easy to share, and probably not staying on the table for very long.
