Haiti Kitchen was a popular Caribbean Haitian restaurant located on S Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas. It was the only place in the city where customers could enjoy authentic and delicious Caribbean Haitian food. Haiti Kitchen was known for its bold and original flavors that left customers craving for more. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes inspired by Haitian, Jamaican, and Latin American cuisines to satisfy any taste bud. From jerk chicken to fried plantains, Haiti Kitchen had it all. Customers enjoyed their meals in a cozy and inviting atmosphere with music that added to the overall vibe of the place. However, as of an unknown date, Haiti Kitchen has been permanently closed.

We are excited to bring the first Caribbean Haitian Restaurant to Las Vegas. The food is full of flavor and loved by most people who had the pleasure of eating it. We need cooks and prep cooks. If you have experience in any of these positions, we would love to have you apply with us.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year previous experience working in a restaurant as a cook
• Able to follow recipes from tablet (NO need to memorize recipes)
• Must be 21+ years old
• Must have a valid SNHD Health card
• Must be able to speak and read English
• Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation
$13-$16 hr + TIPS / Full and Part Time available

It's been a while since we've posted anything but that's only because we have been hard at work for the past year. We are very happy to announce that Haiti Kitchen now has a spot in Las Vegas, Nevada. We will soon be offering dine-in and takeout in our new 4,000 sqft restaurant. Our Grand Opening is right around the corner.

We are now looking to hire cooks, prep cooks, servers, hosts, expediters, dishwashers, and managers. If you have experience in any of these positions and would like to work at the first and only Haitian restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada, we would love to have you complete our online application. To get to the location on S Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas, you can take the RTC bus route 109 and get off at the Maryland Parkway and Flamingo Road stop. From there, walk south on Maryland Parkway for about half a mile until you reach the destination.

If you are driving, take Flamingo Road eastbound and turn left onto S Maryland Parkway. The destination will be on your right-hand side. Parking is available in the nearby parking lot or on the street.
