🌶️ Roasted Red Pepper Soup, topped with baby zucchini chips, fresno pepper croutons, pea shoots,
creme fraiche, and spinach
🥕 Candied Baby Heirloom Carrots in a citrus nduja sauce and garnished with toasted almonds
🍗 Pan-seared Jidori Half Chickem with sauteed artichokes, roasted tomato, and crispy capers with a creamy wine sauce
🍖 Braised Short Rib with beet puree, sauteed beetroots, and pea tendrils

Last week we took home the Spirited Award for Best U.S. Restaurant Bar at Tales of the Cocktail 2024. This is one of the highest distinctions in our industry, and we are beyond honored for the recognition.

Featured in these photos are only a small portion of the hands that go into making everything happen. Not to mention all of our friends, family, and YOU for showing your love and support throughout the years; it truly takes a village and we are extremely grateful for this community.

We plan on keeping things rocking for a long time coming, and we're excited to see where this road takes us. 🙏

🥵 The heatwave got us feeling some type of way, but we're keeping cool with this weekend's special: Prickly Pear Aguachile!

We've got Hokkaido scallops and white shrimp atop a bed of icy prickly pear granita, then dressed with a spicy aji amarillo mango puree and mixed citrus juice. We've also got fried plantains on the side to dip.

🍖 We're keeping it classic this weekend for all the dads out there: we've got a PRIME RIB special in the house!

24 oz Boneless Prime Rib roasted low and slow, served with baby heirloom carrots, garlic mash, creamy horseradish, and au jus.

To get to the location on Paradise Road in Las Vegas, you can take the RTC bus route 108 and get off at the stop near the intersection of Paradise Road and East Harmon Avenue. Alternatively, if you are driving, you can take the I-15 freeway and exit at East Flamingo Road. From there, head east on East Flamingo Road until you reach Paradise Road. Turn left onto Paradise Road and continue for about half a mile until you reach your destination. Parking is available on-site or nearby in public parking lots.
