2. From McCarran International Airport: Get on I-215 W from McCarran Airport Connector/Swenson St and E Tropicana Ave. Follow I-215 W to NV-146 W/E Windmill Ln in Paradise. Take exit 7 from I-215 W. Continue on E Windmill Ln and turn left onto S Eastern Ave, then turn right onto E Silverado Ranch Blvd.
