Grimaldi's Grimaldi's is a beloved pizza place, family style and Italian restaurant located on South Rainbow Boulevard. It has been serving up traditional thin crust coal fired brick-oven pizzas and calzones since 1905, following the same time-honored techniques pioneered in Brooklyn over 100 years ago. Grimaldi's only uses the freshest ingredients available, including handmade mozzarella cheese and dough, and their signature "secret recipe" pizza sauce. To reach the pizza place, family-style restaurant and Italian restaurant located at South Rainbow Boulevard in Las Vegas, you can take the RTC bus route 207 or 208 and get off at the intersection of South Rainbow Boulevard and West Warm Springs Road. The restaurants are a short walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer to drive, you can take Interstate 215 to the South Rainbow Boulevard exit and head north on Rainbow Boulevard until you reach West Warm Springs Road. The restaurants will be on your left-hand side. Parking is available in the nearby parking lot.
