To get to the location on E Tropicana Avenue in Las Vegas, you can take the RTC bus route 201 or 202 and get off at the intersection of E Tropicana Avenue and Spencer Street. From there, it's a short walk to the destination.
If you're driving, take I-15 to exit 38 for Tropicana Avenue East. Continue on Tropicana Avenue for about 2 miles until you reach Spencer Street. Turn left onto Spencer Street and then turn right onto E Tropicana Avenue. The destination will be on your left.
