This is how we do pulled pork at Virgil’s 🔥
Duroc pork butts seasoned & slow until they’re tender enough to pull by hand.
Once they’re off the pit, Pitmaster Mike gets to work, hand-pulling every juicy bite & finishing it with our Carolina-style vinegar mop for that perfect tangy finish.

New setup, same sweet and smoky goodness. We gave our fan-favorite candied bacon a little glow-up in the presentation department, but y'all the recipe is still pure perfection. Hickory-smoked bacon glazed in sugar and spices, served up hot and sticky.
It’s crunchy, smoky, sweet, and downright addictive. Perfect for sharing at the start of the meal (or keeping all to yourself, we won't judge).

Public Transport:
- If you want to take public transport, you can use the RTC Transit bus service. The closest stop would be the Deuce bus stop at S. Las Vegas Boulevard & Flamingo Road.
Driving/Parking:
- If you prefer driving to the restaurant, depending on your starting location you can use either of these routes:
- From North: Take I-15S towards Las Vegas Blvd exit and continue straight on S. Las Vegas Blvd.
- From South: Take I-15N towards Las Vegas Blvd exit and continue straight on S. Las Vegas Blvd.
- When parking, there are several options available:
- Self-parking is available in the Miracle Mile Shops parking garage accessible through Harmon Avenue or from the south via Frank Sinatra Drive.
- Valet parking is available from Harmon Avenue side of Planet Hollywood Resort (located across from Sugar Factory).
