Week 4 and the pitmasters are callinā in reinforcements!
This week, East meets South with guest collaborator Travis Post serving up Virgilās Black Vinegar Honey Spare Ribs. Slow-smoked spare ribs brushed with a sweet & tangy black vinegar-honey glaze, topped with cilantro and chili garlic oil. Served with two house-made sides.
Over on the West Coast, Bubbaās Smoked Rib Sando is stackinā up slow-smoked ribs, house BBQ sauce, pickles, and pickled red onions on a toasted hoagie roll with fries on the side.
Two coasts. Plenty of smoke. Limited time only. š„

Week 4 of the BBQ Battle is here at Virgil's Real BBQ and things are getting serious.
In one corner: Pitt Boss Mike's Black Vinegar Honey Spare Ribs. Sticky, smoky, fall-off-the-bone goodness.
In the other: Pit Boss Rahaman's Bubbaās Smoked Rib Sando stacked high with pickles, onions, fries, and full West Coast attitude.

East Coastās servinā up chermoula chicken with a fresh, citrus kick. Goes mighty fine with a Rowdy Rita on the side. West Coastās got ribs glazed in WhistlePig peach BBQ, slow-smoked and bold. Public Transport:
- If you want to take public transport, you can use the RTC Transit bus service. The closest stop would be the Deuce bus stop at S. Las Vegas Boulevard & Flamingo Road.
Driving/Parking:
- If you prefer driving to the restaurant, depending on your starting location you can use either of these routes:
- From North: Take I-15S towards Las Vegas Blvd exit and continue straight on S. Las Vegas Blvd.
- From South: Take I-15N towards Las Vegas Blvd exit and continue straight on S. Las Vegas Blvd.
- When parking, there are several options available:
- Self-parking is available in the Miracle Mile Shops parking garage accessible through Harmon Avenue or from the south via Frank Sinatra Drive.
- Valet parking is available from Harmon Avenue side of Planet Hollywood Resort (located across from Sugar Factory).
