This morning was all about that brotherly love helping my brother collect gold and silver deblooms for breakfast burritos .west.middle.school Renaissance festival. 200 breakfast burritos on the fly!
Now we are on our way to Perry for the farmers market. We'll be parked at Friedricks Liquor Barn from 4pm to 7pm.

Gratitude to Friedricks Liquor Barn for letting us park there. Tomorrow 5/9/26 we will be in Downtown McLouth in front of the Liquor store from 11am to 6pm or Sold out!

We are excited to get back out there! This Friday May 8th we will be at Friedrich's Liquor Barn in Perry, Kansas from 4pm to 8pm. Come try out our street tacos topped with our signature Tomatillo Salsa or Delicious Quesabirria Tacos. We've added a Midwest Macho Hash Bowl to our menu! See you tomorrow!

It's that time of the year! It's Kansas's turn to find out! Not using my trailer, it's been "winterized". Gratitude to my brother for allowing me to use his kitchen.
Holiday tamales are back — and my brother’s in the kitchen for this one.

I'm at my brother's restaurant in Ozawkie Kansas and we are doing a Jefferson County Community Soup Project. We are normally closed on Monday's but this is the first Monday we opened to serve free Soup to anyone who needs/wants it. No questions asked. We kicked it off with Albondigas a classic. I made the meat balls and prepped the veggies and Miguel finished it off with the stock and cooking this morning.
