Shay has been working at Chick-Fil-A Rome & N 5th since grand opening!! Out of all the memories she made so far, going to our team Christmas party🎅 was her favorite! Making jokes with good food at hand made it worthwhile☺️
Grand Canyon University💜 will be her next step after graduation! Majoring in Forensic Science to become a Forensic Psychologist is all a part of her plan! She also hopes to continue her Chick-Fil-A journey over there🐔
Other than school and work, her goals are to just be happy and grateful for all the things that come her way!😆

Annie has been working at Rome & N 5th since we first opened!! Being one of our outstanding Front of House Trainers, her favorite thing about it all is being able to connect and deepen bonds with her fellow coworkers🫂
After she graduates, she plans on going to University of Nevada, Las Vegas to pursue Elementary (and possibly Secondary) Education 📚 The role models in her life truly made an impact on her decision to become a teacher herself👩🏫
Continuing to work here at Chick-Fil-A is also a part of her plan, so that she can save up to purchase her own car 🚗 🤞

Malia has been at Chick-fil-A Rome & N 5th for about 3 months now! As a team member, she enjoys reminiscing with coworkers. Whether it’s about a shows or foods we used to eat, there is always something we can laugh about🥰
Being one of our 2026 graduates👩🎓, she plans to major in Public Health at University of Nevada, Reno. With a passion to help others, she hopes to spread awareness and support healthier communities🗣️ with her bright smile and big brain🧠!!
With college just around the corner, she would love to buy her dream motorcycle🏍️ one day, so she can pull up in style!

Jeslyn is a Class of 2026 graduate who has been with us since opening day!🥳 One of her favorite memories was our Thanksgiving party🦃 Getting to spend time with the team outside of work and share yummy food was so much fun!
After graduation, Jeslyn plans on attending College of Southern Nevada to study Forensic Science along with Criminal Justice in hopes of building an exciting future in the field!🔎⚖️
Continuing her education isn’t her only plans!! She will also still be strengthening relationships and building up her skills here at Rome & N 5th🤗

Patrisha is one of our amazing team members that has been with us since the very beginning! Out of all the memories she’s made this past year, the team Christmas party🎄 was her favorite. Between the games, raffles, and great food, it was a night to remember!
Being one of our outstanding 2026 graduates🎓, she will be attending University of Nevada, Las Vegas to major in Social Work. Becoming a Forensics Social Worker is her end goal!!
As she continues her journey at Rome & N 5th, Patrisha plans to work hard toward growing in leadership and reaching her goals! Buying herself a new car is just one of them🚘!

Rueven has been working at Chick-Fil-A for about 3 months now! His favorite memory so far would definitely be closing up shop with our quick and hardworking team!
After he graduates with the Class of 2026🎓, he will be entering trade school to become an HVAC technician🧑🔧 and move into the Union, all while continuing his journey here at Rome & N 5th🐔
His goal in life is to own a business in HVAC. Being able to create his own schedule, travel the world 🌎, and be financially free are all desires he plans to make a reality!

Karla is one of our Back of House Leaders who has been growing with us for a year! One of her favorite memories has been celebrating at our holiday parties with the team🎄🦃 From delicious food to unforgettable laughter, she looks forward to continuing to build meaningful relationships with everyone around her.
After graduation, she plans to pursue a degree in Nursing at Nevada State University. Her goal is to specialize in the NICU to care for newborns and support their families 👶💕 She also plans on interning at a real estate office to grow her love for business just like her mom❤️

Gabby is a Class of 2026 graduate and Trainer that has made it to the one year mark with us!🥳 Out of all the memories she has made, closing with the team is her best one yet! Laughing and chatting with everyone, while tidying up at the end of the night is a small moment she’ll forever remember!💕
After graduation, she plans on attending University of Nevada, Reno for Computer Science💻 in hopes of becoming a Cybersecurity Analyst! Since she is moving to Reno, she would love to continue her Chick-Fil-A journey up there as well!
Even though Gabby can’t wait for her exciting future, for now, she just wants to take in everything going on around her and enjoy it☺️

🎓🐔Rome & 5th Graduates🐔🎓
As a Front and Back of House Leader, Demetrio has been a proud member for one whole year! His favorite memory so far was the October Bash we had 🎃. From bouncy houses to all of the different costumes, he’d say that it was one of the most exciting nights!
Demetrio is also one of our many class of 2026 graduates🧑🎓! Apart from continuing to work at Chick-Fil-A, he plans on finding a second job at a warehouse, with hopes of going into Carpentry since he is certified in woodworking and construction🦺.
Seeing him grow from Team Member to Trainer to Team Leader has been nothing but extraordinary!💛 Con-GRAD-ulations Demetrio! And best of luck in everything you do!

In our very first year, five of our amazing Team Members/Leaders at Chick-fil-A Rome & 5th have exemplified discipline, character, leadership, and a heart for serving their community.
Annie is a Front of House Trainer. She plans to attend the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, majoring in Elementary Education and potentially minor in Psychology! 📚🚌🧠 Growing up as the oldest sibling in her household, Annie has always taught her younger siblings and has met many teachers that have inspired her to keep learning and to teach others. She wants to make an impact on the world and the best way to do that is to start by molding the minds of our future leaders! 👩🏻🏫📝❤️
While working with us, Annie has learned so much about herself as a person and who she wants to be. She has learned that leadership doesn’t just mean being as independent as possible, but knowing when to reach out and rely on your team! 🫂💪🏼❤️

Savannah is a Front of House Team Leader currently attending University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is a Psychology major, soon to minor in Couples and Family Studies! Savannah’s goal is to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist because she wants to help individuals build better relationships with not only themselves, but their families and/or significant others as well. She loves being able to make connections and create an environment that allows people to share stories comfortably. 🫂❤️
