Chain Interruption takes inspiration from the nuclear chain reactions that helped define the Atomic Age, where one event triggers the next, and things can escalate quickly if left unchecked. Fortunately, this reaction comes with its own containment system.
Starting with a strongly acidic, extremely tart base, the interruption arrives in the form of dragonfruit, pomegranate, and blueberry - fruits naturally rich in antioxidants and packed with sweet, luscious character. Together they bring layers of tropical brightness, tart pomegranate bite, and juicy berry depth, creating a sour that feels energetic without ever becoming unstable.
A touch of lactose helps smooth the edges, acting less like a control rod and more like the calm voice in the room reminding everyone that not every reaction needs to become a full-scale event.
The result is a beautiful vibrantly colored fruit-forward sour that balances tartness, sweetness, and just the right amount of controlled chaos.

When the Vegas Summer arrives so does the “Summer Citrus Edition” of our popular Lager. This crisp, refreshing Lager was designed to help you conquer the desert heat and was brewed with Vienna malt and maize, to add a touch of sweetness, and Kazbek hops, for a light citrus finish. For this special rendition, we go salvaje and infuse this lively lager with lime peel and sea salt for a brighter, more vibrant, noticeably more aromatic citrus presence to help ensure that El Pato Loco is one crazy good cerveza! The casinos in our great state famously lack clocks (so time can be ignored) but no matter what time it is, there’s no ducking it.... you can always get loco with us (responsibly, of course).

NEW BEER ALERT (also a farewell beer 😢)
Midwest Migration is our liquid sendoff to one of our own, Spencer. Even if we met him as a fully grown adult with a full beard, there’s still a feeling that he’s a duckling leaving the nest. After years behind the bar, in the trenches, and woven into the fabric of this place, he’s making the long-term flight back home to Chicago
We brewed this RyePA as a nod to that migration. Bright, hop-forward, and easy drinking at 5.4%, it carries the familiar comfort of a classic pale ale, but with a little extra edge. The rye brings a subtle spice and a sharper bite, giving it a firmer, more assertive bitterness than you might expect from a Pale Ale. He even helped in the brewing process, dumping a hop pellet or two into the batch
Good luck on your next chapter, but we still expect you to migrate south to warmer weather and visit from time to time!

, the Hex Code for Atomic Tangerine, is our tangerine peel infused chocolate stout. We take our decadent dessert stout, already dripping with chocolate, honey and vanilla, and “color it in” with the addition of tangerine peel. Here at Able Baker Brewing we’re never afraid to “color outside the lines” or to “invest in an idea that looks better written in crayon” and this beer proves it. Tangerine on the nose, big bold chocolate in the middle, and then a subtle tangerine finish. For craft brewers, beer is art and really “artists are just children who refuse to put down their crayons”. We’re all just big kids having fun & we hope you enjoy this colorful brew.

Candy Bar Kiloton

A kiloton is “a unit of explosive power equivalent to 1,000 tons of TNT” and it’s the measuring unit used to evaluate atomic and nuclear devices. The word “kiloton” was used for the 1st time in 1950 so the term “candy bar” pre-dates it by more than 100 years. Candy bars rose to popularity in the United States during WWI when soldiers, who had been rationed chocolate during the war, returned home and demanded that chocolate bars be made available to them. This confectionery brew is an homage to those soldiers and the “explosion” in demand they created for candy bars that continues unabated to this day. Candy Bar Kiloton is a bourbon barrel aged Imperial Dark Ale that combines elements of our favorite candy bars, featuring a pronounced pecan aroma along with backing notes of chocolate, toasted coconut, and marshmallow fluff. Unwrap & enjoy.

In atomic terminology, when an atom or nucleus possesses more than its normal energy it enters into an “excited state”. That’s both the name of our German style Pilsner as well as the condition you’ll achieve after tasting it. We start with an elegantly traditional malt base then hop this crisp, easy drinking lager with traditional German hops for a distinctive yet smooth flavor and bitterness. When excited state atoms decay the excess energy is released in the form of gamma rays and fluorescence. While we promise that you won’t “hulk out” after drinking this brew, you may choose to sip and bask in the “glow” of the excess energy this beer possesses.
