Big Duck Energy
Hazy TIPA
9%
Draft, 4packs
There’s energy... and then there’s Big Duck Energy-the kind that rattles beakers, warps space-time, and leaves a mushroom cloud of flavor on your taste buds. Deep in his quack-lab, Dr. Hoppenheimer wasn’t just splitting atoms—he was juicing them.
With a core reactor of heavy oats and honey thicker than duck drama at a pond party, this Hazy TIPA hums like a Geiger counter on date night. Think fission meets fizz, with a finish that glows brighter than a reactor at happy hour. So if you’re looking for a beer with power, you’ve waddled to the right place.

2026 BEST OF LAS VEGAS WINNERS
We are HONORED to announce that we have won this years’ Las Vegas Weekly for Best Brewery 🙌
Winners were 100% determined by YOU through online voting. Thank you! We are truly blessed to have such great fans of Able Baker Brewing, and we’re happy to add this award to our wall next to the ‘21, ‘22, ‘23, and ‘25 awards that you voted us for (do we need to reflect on 2024 🤔). We appreciate the continued love and support! Thank you to Las Vegas Weekly for putting this together.
We’d like to note that we take special pride in winning this specific award because it isn’t a pay-to-play award like some others out there. It is genuinely voted for, honest, and earned, and we strongly value that authenticity.

Ententanz Oktoberfest

Sometimes a story just tells itself. In the late 1950’s Swiss accordion player Werner Thomas penned a tune called “Der Ententanz” (The Duck Dance) because, in addition to accordion playing, he also tended flocks of ducks and geese. Thomas began playing the composition in local hotels and restaurants where guests created a dance to the bouncy tune that, they believed, mimicked the movements of a duck. The dance eventually grew to include beak, wing, and tail motions. By the late 70’s, the tune had become a popular drinking song at Oktoberfest and Germans had given the song a new name, “Vogerltanz” (Little Bird Dance). The dance made its way to the United States in 1981 via an Oktoberfest celebration held in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Founding members of that Oktoberfest celebration wanted to demonstrate their love of the song through a dance performed in costume, but no duck costumes were available. Luckily, a local TV Station had a chicken costume to donate and the “Chicken Dance” was born (this is a true story). Our Oktoberfest style beer is meant to mimic the fun and enthusiasm experienced by those who enjoy this, now, ubiquitous Oktoberfest dance. Classic ingredients like Vienna and Munich malts, Hallertau hops, and German Lager yeast pay tribute to Old-World elements that will have you “flapping your wings” for tradition, while the 6% ABV provides you with just enough liquid courage to “shake your tailfeather” and celebrate the new. Crisp, clean, and malt driven with a beautifully dry finish, this copper colored Festbier is our “Prost!” to you

GET IT WHILE YOU CAN
Duck & Cover cans are getting low!
Hazy DIPA
8%
Available at both locations
Inspired by the iconic “Duck and Cover” civil defense posters of the Atomic Age, this Hazy DIPA features a feathered friend paying homage to Bert the Turtle, only with a bill, some attitude, and a shell that’s more for style than safety.
Brewed with a quacktical strike of hops, we formed a haze cloud that bursts with juicy citrus and radiant tropical notes, giving the perfect excuse to duck out of work and find cover under a neon light. So when the work bell rings and everyone else rushes for the exits, you’ll know the drill: Duck and Cover, take shelter, and let the hop clouds fall where they may, because at this very moment the only thing you have to prepare for is flavor… and maybe surviving the Atomic Duck’s next adventure.

EXPLOSIVE SOUR SERIES: M388 Watermelon
Fruited Sour w/Watermelon, Cucumber, Hibiscus
5.2%
Draft, 4packs
In late 1957, the Atomic Energy Commission announced that it had successfully developed a reduced sized atomic projectile. The AEC turned the project over to the U.S. Army for further development, leading to recoilless rifle delivery systems M28 and M29. These were referred to as Davey Crocketts, and were operated by a 3 man team.
Both systems fired the M388, a 76 pound atomic projectile. Due to its oblong shape, some soldiers referred to the projectile as the “atomic watermelon.”
While dozens of tests were conducted using training rounds, only two live M388 projectiles were detonated, Little Feller II and Little Feller I. Both took place at the Nevada Test Site, with the Little Feller I being the last above ground test at the Nevada Test Range. Designed in response to the Cold War, fortunately these systems were never used in combat, and were retired in 1971. Today, Davey Crockett systems can be found in museums across the US.
Similar to the “atomic watermelon” M388 projectile, this fruited sour is light, but packs a punch. Watermelon blasts your palate with an explosion of flavor, leading to a “Cold War” of sweet vs sour. Cucumber rounds out the flavor with a subtle and refreshing component, while hibiscus give it a beautiful pinkish red hue.
