To get to the location on S. Maryland Pkwy in Las Vegas, you can take the RTC bus route 109 and get off at the Maryland Parkway and Flamingo Road stop. From there, walk south on Maryland Parkway for about 5 minutes until you reach the destination.
If driving, take Flamingo Road eastbound and turn left onto S. Maryland Parkway. The destination will be on your right-hand side. Parking is available in a lot adjacent to the building.
