Time to show this superstar some love for being our 💛September Employee of the Month💛! Doris has been a integral part of our wonderful place for many, many years. In the eight years that I have been lucky enough to manage Ichabod's she has called out one single time! She is so dedicated and reliable. Many people, including some in the industry have no idea what it takes to do her job as a hostess. It takes organizing, memorizing, trouble shooting, multi-tasking and patience beyond belief. She has all of that and more. On top of her amazing skills at work, she is one of the kindest and caring people I know with a great sense of humor. Cheers to Doris! (Be sure to congratulate her next time she seats you at your favorite table or fits you in last minute).

This lovely lady has been a loyal and dedicated employee with us at Ichabod's for over 18 years! She truly cares so much about her job, providing the best possible customer service and helping us all out any time we need her. She works and treats our beautiful restaurant as if it is her own and goes above and beyond to make sure we are stocked and ready for the next rush. She takes so much pride in her work and our place would not be what it is without her. Help us congratulate Kim as our August employee of the month for all her hard work and effort.

Congrats to Kim, our July employee of the month! If you are lucky enough to know her, you don't need any explanation as to why she was chosen this month. She has a heart of gold and will go out of her way to help out any and every employee on our team. She has never said no to coming in on her day off and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. She provides the greatest service to our wonderful guests and we are so lucky to have her on our team!

We had the pleasure of celebrating Robbie Robinson's 96th birthday with him last Sunday. Robbie is an amazing musician that has been playing at Ichabod's and all around the valley for years! He is so talented and dedicated to his art. He goes out of his way to teach younger musicians and continues to entertain all of us every Sunday and Monday here at Ichabod's Lounge with his band The Ambassadors. Stop by and check him out sometime, you'll be amazed by his talent and passion. Happy birthday, Robbie!

June employee of the month! Y'all don't get to see the magic that happens behind the curtains. Antonio is critical to our team and always serves the tastiest dishes. He goes out of his way to help anyone and everyone on the team, takes pride in EVERYTHING HE DOES, and always makes sure the shift he works is successful and smooth. We couldn't ask for a better team member or friend on our team!
