Bet you didn’t know this one… One of the fan favorites at Hash House A Go Go isn’t a flapjack, a giant biscuit, or a tower of fried chicken. It’s our **CHILAQUILES**.
Shredded pork, jalapeños, bacon, pico, and tortilla chips get tossed in our spicy chipotle sauce, then topped with scrambled eggs, avocado, queso fresco, and cilantro.

Go big with our **MEATLOAF, ROASTED PEPPERS, FRESH SPINACH & MOZZARELLA HASH** — because apparently putting meatloaf in a cast-iron skillet with crispy potatoes, eggs, and cheese is what breakfast has been missing all along.
Every Hash starts with a bed of crispy fried potatoes, gets topped with two eggs, and comes with a homemade biscuit, fresh fruit garnish, and our signature rosemary finish.
It’s hot. It’s hearty. It’s served in cast iron.
Basically, subtlety called. We didn’t answer.

Meet **ANDY’S SAGE FRIED CHICKEN BENEDICT** — a full-on Hash House stack loaded with fresh spinach, hickory-smoked bacon, market tomato, griddled mozzarella, chipotle cream, scrambled eggs, and our famous sage fried chicken, all piled onto a fresh split biscuit.
Then we throw griddled mashed potatoes on the side because, around here, “too much” is kind of the point.
