To Our Valued Guests and Community:

We are pleased to announce that Shanghai Taste has officially resumed full operational control of our Southwest location (8060 S. Rainbow Blvd).

Over the last eight days, our original management team has worked tirelessly to audit every system and retrain staff to ensure our rigorous standards are met. We are proud to share that as of today, April 2nd, we have earned a perfect A Grade from the Southern Nevada Health District.

Our commitment to excellence is non-negotiable. We thank you for your patience and look forward to serving you with the quality and care you expect from the Shanghai Taste name.

I want to personally address the recent health department report regarding our Southwest location. In January, we transitioned this location to a franchise model and remained on-site through February to ensure our culinary and operational standards were met.

Unfortunately, since we stepped back at the beginning of March, the management of that location has fallen well below the standards we demand. A 39-demerit report is completely unacceptable. We have been reevaluating our partnership and have moved toward taking the location back under our direct control to restore the quality and safety our guests expect.

Reopening: We will resume normal business hours on Friday, January 30th.
