We have some news to announce. We are so grateful for our experience at The Juicebox LV. It has been a fun 8 months, and it was great having a chance to expand from just meal prep, to fast-casual cafe and being able to serve everyone in person. Unfortunate we will no longer be filling the kitchen after the 24th, as that will be their last day open in that space. is moving to a delivery style service, and we will be taking a break from all meal prep services & taking some time to focus on other ventures. However, we did want to say that we are still available for catering services. We love serving the vegan/gluten-free community in Vegas and are happy to help where we still can. If you’re interested in hiring us for an event , wellness retreat, baby shower, holidays, parties, graduations, etc., please email us at [email protected] and we will let you know if we can accommodate. Thank you so much again to all of our customers, we will miss you. You can still find us in the kitchen until Sunday. 💚

Beat the cold weather with our Smoked Beet Pastrami! 😁🥪
We take our beets and braise them with some citrus, then cover them with our special pastrami dry rub and slowly smoke them to melt-in-your-mouth perfection. 🤤 Then add our Miss Mylk 1000 Island Sauce, melty vegan cheese, and a turmeric-caraway kraut, it’s so good you have to try for yourself to believe! 🔥
