District Manager / Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager
Earl of Sandwich – Las Vegas
Earl of Sandwich is looking for a hands-on District Manager to oversee operations at our Downtown Summerlin and Fashion Show Mall locations in Las Vegas.
This is not a sit-in-the-office management role. We are looking for a strong operator who leads from the front, works shifts alongside the team, trains employees, drives customer service, and holds high operational standards.
Our ideal candidate is reliable, organized, professional, energetic, and experienced in restaurant operations and team leadership.
Compensation
• $20–$25 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations at both restaurant locations
• Work shifts alongside staff and supervisors
• Train and coach team members
• Ensure excellent customer service standards
• Manage scheduling and labor costs
• Enforce recipes, food quality, and cleanliness standards
• Conduct inventory and ordering
• Handle hiring, onboarding, and employee accountability
• Resolve customer and staff issues professionally
• Build a positive, accountable culture
Requirements
• Restaurant management experience required
• Multi-unit or district management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to hold employees accountable
• Reliable transportation between locations
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and labor management

To get to Festival Plaza Drive in Las Vegas, you can take the RTC Transit bus and alight at the Las Vegas Boulevard South & Harmon Avenue stop. From there, walk westwards along Harmon Avenue until you reach the intersection of Harmon Avenue and Paradise Road. Turn left onto Paradise Road and continue walking until you reach the destination.
Alternatively, if you are driving, take the I-15 North or South and exit on Tropicana Avenue. Head East on Tropicana Avenue until you reach Las Vegas Boulevard South. Make a right onto Las Vegas Boulevard South and continue straight until you see Festival Plaza Drive on your right-hand side. There is parking available on-site for customers.
