Four years ago this shy beautiful soul walked into Gritz Cafe and was hired as a server.
Two years later she went back to school to finish her degree while still showing up and doing her very best! Monday she graduates, attaining her Psychology degree!

Gritz Cafe had the pleasure of hosting a Small Business roundtable for Senator Jacky Rosen.
We addressed the concerns many of us are facing due to rising food costs, skyrocketing gas prices, and possible remedies for relief and sustainability, not just for businesses but for all people.

The little things we offer our team members at Gritz Cafe are actually the most important.
We do not overlook the daily stressors that cause burnout and fatigue. We address them in our monthly staff meetings.
We partner with Solutions of Change to provide us with tools and resources.
We welcome personal and professional mental health growth. It boosts morale, reduces stress, and gives ownership of their performance back to each individual.
