Hi Everyone!!!

Man do I miss having this place! I still think it’s a great concept that was unique and stood out among a very competitive market. I have moved on to manage a place called Bandito Latin Kitchen and Cantina. It’s day 4 for me and I really like the concept and people. Come check it out and say Hi! It’s located in the Howard Hughes Center. There is a new Thai concept called DE Thai opening tonight in the old space and we wish them the very best. It’s important to support anyone that rolls the dice and builds their dream! I want to thank you all again for your past support and don’t be surprised if someday Rock’N’oodles pops up again.

Now you get the s**t we got right! So this is for the investors and the people that loved what we did.....

We got the food right! Period.
We got the concept right ! Period.

Mic drop?

I’m happy to go over the numbers with anyone that’s serious about investing. I can tell you this... we sold well over 20 thousand “Sweet Home Alabama’s “ at 12.00 at a below 2.00 food cost. And the people were happy!

Hi friends!
I’ve finally come up for air! Those that know me, know I’m at my post..iesst in the weee hours. We have officially closed the chapter on south 3rd. It took 3 loaded 20ft truck loads and some loyal peeps to move. My heart, back and feet hurt, but I’m far from broken. I have to thank Chef David, my babe Cray, and Roma. We did something great and I say we, because it includes a lot of people and most of all it includes Susan Kordt. If anyone out there talked about opening a business with your best friend, then I hope you did or do it! There is nothing more gratifying win or lose than going for it! We rolled the dice VEGAS style and I regret nothing and I hope she doesn’t either. We created art, and the people bought it up. Winners. Abby and Chef David were brave enough to take on the journey. I will forever be grateful to both. Now the mistakes and the future.... to be continued. (When I plug in my dying phone)

What people say

New American restaurants are known for their innovative and diverse menus, combining traditional American cuisine with international flavors. Rock'N'oodles, located on South 3rd Street in Las Vegas, is a prime example of this trend. This eclectic restaurant offers a unique twist on classic noodle dishes, served in a rock n roll atmosphere that adds to the overall experience.

Despite temporarily closing its doors, Rock'N'oodles has left a lasting impression on its customers. The owner's passion for the concept is evident in their social media posts, where they express their desire to bring it back someday. And it's easy to see why - the food was spot-on. The menu featured an array of noodle creations that were both delicious and creative.

While Rock'N'oodles may not be currently open for business, it's clear that the restaurant had a great concept that stood out among the competition. We can only hope that someday soon we'll get to enjoy those mouth-watering noodles once again. In the meantime, we wish the new Thai concept DE Thai all the best as they take over the old space.
