Chef's Table #5 is here: Beef Back Ribs, Pork Baby Back Ribs, and Lamb Denver Ribs, all in one dinner. Mac salad, slaw, slow-cooked beans, and cornbread with whipped honey butter on the side. Start with candied bacon and Caesar salad, finish with grilled peaches and vanilla ice cream.

We are proud to take part in Las Vegas Restaurant Week, a citywide tradition that brings together local restaurants, guests, and community partners in support of an important cause.
From June 1–19, we're once again joining restaurants across Southern Nevada to help support Three Square and their mission to fight hunger throughout our community.
Restaurant Week has become one of our favorite times of the year. Join us at our Henderson and Tivoli Village for weekday lunch from 11 AM–3 PM for a 4-course meal for only $30.

Echo & Rig is a game-changer in the world of steakhouses. Chef and restaurateur Sam Marvin has taken the traditional steakhouse formula and turned it on its head, creating something entirely new and exciting. The restaurant's atmosphere is bright, modern, and inviting, with none of the dark, masculine vibes that are typically associated with steakhouses.
One of the standout features of Echo & Rig is its butcher shop. This stunning homage to meat showcases one of the most acclaimed butchers in the country and features a large open glass meat locker, vertical displays, and an exhibition/demonstration area. It's a true feast for the senses.
Of course, the real star of the show at Echo & Rig is the food. The steaks are cooked to perfection and served alongside delicious sides like truffle mac and cheese and roasted Brussels sprouts. And if you're not in the mood for steak, there are plenty of other options on the menu to choose from.
Overall, Echo & Rig is a must-visit for anyone who loves great food and innovative dining concepts. With locations in Las Vegas, Henderson, and Sacramento, there's no excuse not to check it out for yourself!
