To get to the location on S Rainbow Boulevard in Las Vegas, you can take the RTC bus route 203 and get off at the intersection of S Rainbow Boulevard and W Flamingo Road. From there, walk south on S Rainbow Boulevard for about half a mile until you reach your destination.
If you are driving, take I-15 to exit 39 for W Flamingo Road. Turn west onto W Flamingo Road and then turn left onto S Rainbow Boulevard. The destination will be on your right-hand side.
There is parking available in the shopping center where Philly Steak Express is located.
