The finest ingredients, chosen with purpose, all working toward the same thing: a better slice. 🍕
From founder Tony Gemignani’s proprietary California Artisan Type 00 Pizza Flour to his signature tomato sauce, every choice is rooted in quality and flavor.
The flour brings together the fine texture of Italian 00 with the strength of high-protein wheat for a crust that’s crisp, light and made for the perfect bite. The sauce, made with carefully selected tomato products, adds depth, balance and natural sweetness to every Slice House pizza.

Meet Jason, the pizzapreneur bringing world-class pizza to his own backyard at . 🌵🍕
After calling Gilbert home for over two decades, Jason knew his fast-growing, family-focused community was the perfect backdrop for Slice House! He was drawn to the authenticity of Tony Gemignani’s craftsmanship and wanted to build a space where neighbors could gather casually. From the start, his goal was to weave the restaurant into the fabric of the neighborhood, creating a welcoming environment where families, coworkers, and local sports teams could come together over a shared love of great food.
Bringing an extensive background in restaurant leadership beyond pizza to his role, Jason knows that no two days as an owner are exactly the same. You might find him behind the scenes reviewing operations and strategy with his management team, or right out on the floor connecting directly with guests. A massive sports fan himself, he thrives on the energy of a busy dining room during a big game, and he loves watching people try the pizza for the first time and immediately understanding why the brand is so special.
For Jason, true hospitality always comes down to people. Internally, his favorite part of the job is mentoring his team members, building a strong culture, and watching his staff grow into confident leaders. With a solid foundation already built, Jason is looking forward to the expansion ahead, introducing new guests to the brand, creating community opportunities, and cementing Slice House in the Arizona food scene!

The hardest decision you’ll make today is which crust to roll with. 🤔🍕
New York thin fold, crispy Detroit edges, thick Sicilian, or classic Grandma style, whichever one you choose, you’re in good hands.
Consider it a debate where you win either way.
