To get to Centennial Center Boulevard in Las Vegas, you can take the RTC bus route 207 that runs along the boulevard. Alternatively, if you are driving, you can take the US-95 North exit and head north on Durango Drive. Turn left onto Elkhorn Road and then right onto Centennial Center Boulevard. There is a free parking lot available at the location as well.
