I hope you all are doing well.
I am reaching out because Fluff Ice has been heavily on my mind, and as I prepare to take the business in a new direction, it was incredibly important to me to connect with you first.
First and foremost, I want to say from the bottom of my heart that I am deeply sorry to the entire Fluff family for losing the storefront. When I took over the business from you, I poured my entire life savings and every ounce of my heart into preserving what you built. Between the economy, the new parking lot owners , the truck breaking down & the crushing overhead of the brick-and-mortar space became impossible to maintain. Closing those doors was one of the most heartbreaking experiences of my life, I truly lost everything including my dream, and I have carried the weight of feeling like I let down the legacy you handed over to me.
But I refuse to let the Fluff Ice dream melt away entirely.
I am writing to you all today to let you know that I am not giving up. I have spent the last several months working tirelessly to build a rock-solid, smarter plan to bring the brand back…better and more resilient than ever. Instead of taking on the high risk of a traditional building, I am launching a GoFundMe campaign to transition Fluff Ice into a mobile cart and trailer model. This will allow us to keep overhead extremely low while bringing those signature flavors back into the community, local events, and fundraisers.
Nick built something beautiful, and the love the community has for Fluff Ice is the reason I am fighting so hard to protect it. I wanted you to hear this directly from me before the campaign goes public. I am incredibly proud to carry the torch for this brand, and I hope to make you proud as we get these wheels turning.
Thank you for trusting me with your creation in the first place, and I wish you nothing but the absolute best.

To get to the dessert shop and dessert restaurant via public transport, take bus number 108 towards Boulder Station from the Las Vegas Strip. Get off at the intersection of S Nellis Boulevard and E Sahara Avenue, then walk south on S Nellis Boulevard for about 5 minutes until you reach your destination.
If you're driving to the dessert shop and dessert restaurant, head north on US-95 and take exit 72 towards Boulder Highway. Turn right onto S Nellis Boulevard and continue driving for roughly two miles until you reach your destination. There is a parking lot available for customers.
To get to the Hawaiian restaurant via public transport, take bus number 202 towards Henderson from McCarran International Airport. Get off at the intersection of S Nellis Boulevard and E Charleston Boulevard, then walk east on E Charleston Boulevard for about 10 minutes until you reach your destination.
If you're driving to the Hawaiian restaurant, head north on US-95 and take exit 70B to merge onto E Charleston Boulevard. Continue driving for approximately three miles until you reach your destination. There is a parking lot available for customers.
