Restaurateur Matteo Ferdinandi and partner Chef Angelo Auriana have brought their Los Angeles Arts District-inspired restaurant to Las Vegas, offering a new story to the city's dining scene.
The menu at The Factory Kitchen is filled with mouth-watering dishes that will leave you wanting more. From the ligurian focaccina with pizzata, crescenza, San Marzano tomatoes, Sicilian anchovies, capers, and oregano to the mandilli di seta with handkerchief egg-pasta, basil-almond Ligurian style pesto, and pecorino toscano - every dish is crafted with care and attention to detail.
One of their standout dishes is the frico - grilled montasio cheese-potato pancake with balsamico seared radicchio. The combination of flavors in this dish is simply divine. Another must-try dish is the Maniche - gragnano pasta with spicy calamari sugo, little neck clams, and San Marzano tomatoes.
The gnocchi malfatti - ricotta & semolina pillows with roasted veal shoulder sugo, San Marzano tomato, and reggiano is another crowd favorite. And for those looking for something lighter but equally delicious, the insalata - wild arugula with shaved fennel, oranges, taggia olives, and lemon-chili dressing is a perfect choice.
