The 25th Annual Nathan Adelson Hospice Foundation W**e & Food Tasting Extravaganza brought together some of Southern Nevada’s finest restaurants, incredible w**es, and a community of people who showed up for a cause that genuinely matters.
Brandi serves on the Golden Monarch Council Committee which means this isn’t a cause D’Agostino’s supports from a distance. It’s one the famiglia is genuinely invested in, year-round, in a real and personal way.
Eight years of showing up for Southern Nevada families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. That’s not something Dan and Brandi take lightly. It’s a reflection of values rooted in family and community that extends beyond the dining room.
We were also thrilled to see our friends from the Las Vegas Youth Jazz Orchestra providing the entertainment for the evening (that's all them you're hearing)!
Thank you to everyone who attended, donated, or supported the event. You helped make a difference for families in our community who need it most.

🍲 SOUP FOR THE SOUL: PORTUGUESE CLAM CHOWDER Back in the Rotation · Limited Time
This week's for Your Soul is Portuguese Clam Chowder. And before you assume you know what that means, let Chef Dan explain the difference.
“You may know Manhattan Clam Chowder - the tomato-based alternative to New England's creamy version. Portuguese Clam Chowder shares the red broth but takes the bowl somewhere entirely its own. Built on a rich shellfish stock with tomato, loaded with an absurd amount of fresh clams, potatoes, and linguiça - the Portuguese sausage, their answer to chorizo, with its own deeper, more complex personality. Finished with green chard for color, texture, and soul.”

Espelette Pepper — Piment d'Espelette — a spice grown exclusively in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques region of the French Basque Country, in a small corner of the world where France and Spain share a border and these peppers grow nowhere else on earth. Jerk Seared Yellowfin (Ahi) over Cajun “Gazpachonesca” Crème Pappardelle!
Chef Dan’s unique fusion combining a base of Gazpacho (minus cucumber), pureed with components from his Puttanesca and finished in a Cajun spiced Cream & Butter Sauce tossed into the Pappardelle a la minute. Topped with a cooked-to-order fresh filet lightly seared with Caribbean Jerk seasoning.
When tested in the restaurant, eight were sold immediately. A guest dining at the bar during happy hour had people around him asking what it was on the menu because it smelled so good, then ordered their own.
This is what happens when you leave a French culinary trained Italian chef alone in the kitchen after close… and it’s here… for a limited time until it’s gone!
