Ada's was honored to be chosen by Sparks agency to create a unique "Outstanding in the Field" brunch experience earlier this week during the EMS 2026 conference.
The setting was Las Vegas' idyllic GreenGale Farm on a breezy morning with tables laid among endless olive trees felt more like Napa Valley than Vegas.
Fresh ingredients for the signature Ada's menu created by Chefs Adam, Jackson, Stephani and Jake included herbs and produce from local Gilcrease Orchard, California's Harry's Berries, and many other specialty growers across the country.

As the Honeyf*ckle name implies this new Ada's cocktail is sweet yet sassy - in the best possible manner. Made with diplomatic rum, benevolence agricola, alpeggio, lush golden honey and citrus wrapped in soft florals. It possesses a slow burn and is quietly seductive.

Proceeds will go to The St. Judes Ranch for Children and The Mats project (serving the unhoused). Until next year...

Sicilian lemon bar + hibiscus and meringue... which pairs brilliantly with our latest Garden Party cocktail (made with Ole Bison Vodka , choya yuzu, chareau aloe, and lemongrass).
