We're never entirely sure which of Chef Jackson's dishes will really hit hard, but the Lemon Pepper Pork Ribs (braised in fresh lemon and orange juice then seasoned with a generous hit of black and lemon pepper, served with housemade ranch) have definitely been a smash.

Pandan, known as the 'vanilla of Southeast Asia" gives our seasonal panna cotta it's soothing green color, as well as the earthy vanilla-coconut undertones. We finish it with blackberry confit and a lime tuile.
p.s. It's vegan. shhh.
