There is something truly special about summer in Poland. 🇵🇱
You can spend your days at the beach, by the lakes, or simply surrounded by nature. The air is fresh, the water is crystal clear, and life feels a little slower. You can hear the frogs singing, watch the birds flying overhead, and see fish swimming in the clear water below.
One of my favorite things is seeing the wild berries growing naturally and experiencing nature the way it was meant to be. Many lakes are carefully protected—no plastic, no glass, and in some areas no boats or even dogs are allowed. The focus is on preserving the beauty of nature, protecting the environment, and creating a peaceful place for everyone to enjoy.

Today at Via Brasil Steakhouse, we hosted an incredible community event between our amazing Fire Department and Police Department, and what an unforgettable experience it was! 🚒👮‍♂️🔥

Congratulations to our WINNERS — the FIRE DEPARTMENT! 🏆 Their ribeye tacos were absolutely unbelievable. The ribeye was sliced so thin, so tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Truly one of the best tacos we have ever tasted!

But let me tell you… the Police Department brought some spectacular dishes too! Their octopus salad was out of this world. I have never tasted octopus prepared that perfectly before — and as the owner of Via Brasil Steakhouse, I know good food when I taste it. The flavors today were simply next level.

We are so grateful to everyone who participated, supported, judged, cooked, and attended this special event. This is exactly the kind of community connection we love creating here in Las Vegas. ❤️

That tells me everything I need to know.
I don’t waste my time anymore on people who are never there when it matters. Real relationships are support, respect, loyalty, and effort both ways.
