From the day it opened its doors in May 1956, the Fremont Hotel & Casino has been a legendary name in casino gaming, and an icon of downtown Las Vegas.

One of the four strategic pillars of our Corporate Responsibility initiative is our commitment to protecting the environment. As a Company, one of our most important environmental contributions is our water conservation program.
Since we began this program in 2017, our Company has reduced our water consumption by more than 374 million gallons a year – resulting in a cumulative savings of over 3 billion gallons across the country.
Across southern Nevada, where water conservation is critical, we have significantly lowered our water consumption through xeriscaping projects and new air-cooling technologies. And we have extended our water efficiency efforts across our Midwest & South operations, applying lessons learned in Nevada to reduce our water consumption in communities across the country.

Late last month, Boyd Gaming celebrated the opening of our all-new race & sports book at the Aliante in North Las Vegas.
The centerpiece of this high-energy, contemporary venue is its 30-foot video wall, capable of showing up to 30 games simultaneously. We’ve refreshed and updated our seating area as well, offering guests comfortable booths, lounge chairs, couches and traditional table seating. In all, the all-new Aliante Sports Book is a modern sports viewing experience without rival in the North Las Vegas market.

General Manager Ron Bailey recently gave Norfolk TV station WAVY a sneak peek at ongoing construction on our best-in-class destination resort on the Norfolk waterfront.
WAVY viewers saw a project well underway to completion, as construction continues to go vertical at our waterfront site near downtown Norfolk.
Scheduled to open in late 2027, our upscale resort will feature a 65,000-square-foot casino, 200-room hotel, eight food & beverage outlets, live entertainment, and an outdoor amenity deck.
This development will a true game-changer for the City of Norfolk and the entire Hampton Roads community – as well as another exciting growth opportunity for our shareholders. Building on our 51-year relationship with the people of Hawai'i, Boyd Gaming is proud to announce a new partnership with the Hawai'i Food Bank.
Through this partnership, guests of the California, Fremont, Main Street Station and the Orleans can donate spare change from their slot tickets to the Hawai'i Food Bank, with 100% of proceeds going to the food bank's mission of ending hunger by providing nutritious food to individuals and families in need throughout Hawai'i.
Boyd is proud to have been a part of the Hawai'i community for five decades now, and we will continue to give back to this community that means so much to our Company and our team members. Mahalo!

An important part of our commitment to our communities is our Supplier Inclusion initiative -- our nationwide effort to create opportunities for underrepresented and/or local businesses.
By prioritizing spending with locally owned businesses, women-owned business enterprises (WBEs), minority-owned business enterprises (MBEs) and veteran-owned businesses, we provide opportunities for a wider range of business owners in the communities we serve.
In 2025, Boyd spent more than 70% of our total biddable spend with companies based in the states that we serve nationwide, reflecting our strong commitment to supporting local businesses. And, we directed more than 14% of our total biddable spend to MBEs and/or WBEs last year, setting a new high for our Company.

Last week, Suncoast Hotel & Casino opened Bar SC, a sleek and modern center bar experience in the heart of our newly renovated casino floor.
The debut of Bar SC is the latest step in our sweeping modernization of the Suncoast. From top to bottom, the Suncoast offers our guests an all-new experience, featuring a transformed casino floor, theater-style sportsbook, all-new bingo room, and expanded and enhanced meeting space. We’ve also introduced an array of new dining options, including William B’s Steakhouse; Quick Bites food hall with Huey Magoo’s and Steak N Shake; and a refreshed Du-Par’s café.
