Are you a Rib Tip fan?
Rib tips are the flavorful, meaty section trimmed from the lower end of a full slab of spare ribs. When we square up the slab, we separate that lower portion from the St. Louis-style cut, leaving behind a strip of pork that gets cut into those delicious little bites. Season them, smoke them, and you wind up with something smoky, tender, and seriously tasty. 🤤🔥

Available on Wednesdays for $18.50…
Our Wednesday Baby Back Rib Special includes a delicious WHOLE rack of Baby Back Ribs, a side of Potato Salad, plus Corn on the Cob.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate substitutions on the special.
You can call (702) 645-1200 to preorder. It is best to call a day or two in advance because the preorder spots fill up fast! But don’t worry if you can’t preorder… walk up customers are always welcome!

For those traveling to Thom Boulevard in Las Vegas, there are several ways to reach the area. If using public transport, there are several bus stops within walking distance of Thom Boulevard that can be accessed by taking either the 105 or 207 bus routes.
For those driving, take I-15 north to exit 48 for Cheyenne Avenue. Head west on Cheyenne Avenue until you reach Thom Boulevard and turn right. The restaurant will be located on your left-hand side.
Parking options include a small lot next to the restaurant or on-street parking available nearby. Please note that parking may be limited during peak hours.
