If you are using public transport, you can take bus number 212 towards Downtown and get off at the intersection of Sahara Avenue and Sammy Davis Jr. Drive. From there, walk south on Sammy Davis Jr. Drive until you reach Festival Plaza Drive.
If you are driving, take the I-15 freeway to Exit 40 for Sahara Avenue West. Stay on Sahara Avenue for approximately two miles and turn left onto Sammy Davis Jr. Drive. Turn right onto Festival Plaza Drive and find parking in the shopping center's lot.
