Each strip of bacon is coated and caramelized with our signature spice blend, capturing the spice of Cajun seasoning and sweetness of brown sugar amongst other flavors working together to level-up this deli classic. Our professional recommendation? Throw some sliced avocado or a fried egg on top to take it up a notch. 🥓🥑🍳

𝘾𝙝𝙞·𝙡𝙖·𝙦𝙪𝙞·𝙡𝙚𝙨: a Mexican dish of fried corn tortilla pieces simmered with salsa and typically topped with cheese and other accompaniments.
The OSC definition? One of our top sellers that belongs in your belly PRONTO!
We took this classic dish and leveled it up on the Scoville scale! Our rendition features a hearty portion of tortilla chips tossed in a green chili tomatillo sauce and then topped with diced onion and chopped cilantro. We offset the heat with sour cream and sliced avocado alongside two eggs cooked to your liking. Add a little diced chicken or steak to it and we guarantee you won’t need another meal until dinner.

This dish is a product of the collaborative efforts of the Goldstein boys and their shared love for cooking alongside each other on the line.
Our opinion may seem a little bias, but trust us when we say it is a MUST HAVE if you want to indulge in something savory with a bit of heat and subtle tang. Satiate your curiosity, bring your appetite (and maybe even a friend), and come on down to the OSC ☀️
