Dad says he’s “not really a sweets guy”… until he steps into our Candy & Soda Museum and time-travels back to his teenage years, back in his favorite corner store.
Bring Dad to the OSC and let him relive the good ol’ days— novelty bottles of bubbles, classic candy, and a few “just one more” treats included. Then fuel him with breakfast so good he’ll be ready for a nap before lounging around the pool or firing up the grill for dinner. 🥓🍳

Sunrisers, have you tried our latest seasonal delight? Sip on the summer with the 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘄. Our house Sumatra cold brew is shaken together with vanilla sweet cream and a blend of Hawaiian sea salt caramel and coconut syrup. A float of whipped cream, shredded coconut, and an espresso sugar salt mix on top add the finishing touches that make this drink an absolute must-have 🥥🌴

Triple digits in the Las Vegas valley means the dog days are upon us… the A/C is cranked up at the OSC! We had to cool down the kitchen for these 𝙃𝙊𝙏 dishes we are bringing to your tables this month, Sunrisers ☀️
First up, the 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗵 is back for the OGs to reminisce over. The kitchen is slicing a boneless smoked applewood pork chop and layering it with sliced pickles and Swiss cheese before slathering a hoagie roll with mayonnaise and our staple sweet citrus chili sauce. Then it’s thrown on the flat top and pressed down panini style so there’s a crunch with every bite.
Next up, the 𝗣𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗼 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗧𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 is the perfect sweet pairing alongside your favorite omelet or Benedict. Slices of brioche bread are dipped in our signature French toast batter and then griddled with pistachios and dark cacao chocolate. There’s a sprinkle of powdered sugar and a drizzle of chocolate syrup to tie it all together.
And, of course, guests can still enjoy cafe favorites like the 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗪𝗿𝗮𝗽 and 𝗟𝗼𝘅 & 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗸𝗮𝘀. We aren’t cruel…

The Turkey Taco Omelet is an old favorite with a new face — perfectly seasoned ground turkey and diced tomatoes folded into three eggs with melted cheddar-jack cheese, sour cream, and shredded cabbage on top for a little crunch. This one won’t be on the grill for much longer! Take your taste buds back to the past this weekend and join us for breakfast at the OSC ☀️

This month, we’re bringing something old and new to the table… 🍳🧇
Take your tastebuds back in time with this month’s Throwback Special, the 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝗼 𝗢𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁 — filled with seasoned ground turkey, diced tomatoes, mixed cheddar-jack cheese, then topped with cilantro, sour cream, and crunchy cabbage for a fresh, crisp finish.
Indulge in the new 𝗙𝘄𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 — Belgian waffles dipped in our signature French toast batter and griddled to perfection, coated with powdered sugar, and served alongside a Black Forest bacon sausage link.
And lastly, our 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗨𝗯𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘄 offers something a little different — our bold Sumatra cold brew is enhanced with a blend of ube and honey syrup, softened with vanilla sweet cream and finished with whipped cream, granulated honey, and a touch of Hawaiian salt.
