- Meredith Dairy marinated sheep and goat cheese, made by an Australian family business that has a mission to create food sustainably! They started creating cheese and yogurt in 1991.
This marinated sheep and goat cheese has a chèvre like texture. Soft, crumbly and spreadable. It has a balanced, salty, herby, and earthy taste. The goat’s milk enhances the tangy and bright acidity, while the sheep’s milk adds to the rich and creamy flavor.
Our suggested pairing? A freshly toasted slice of sourdough (from Scott Commings or Monzú Italian Oven + Bar ) topped with tomato and a light drizzle of balsamic glaze.
