Fight fire with fire this summer. We have a new petit chevre aged with espellette pepper arriving from the Basque region. This aged goat cheese carries a subtle, smoky heat making it the perfect pairing for a salad or a nice crostini. Kick up the heat by drizzling it with some hot honey.
