Cured & Whey
is MGP Specialty Food retail outlet, so you get to enjoy some of the best cheese and charcuterie from across the US and imported.
I Michael Stamm, created MGP in 2000 and opened Cured & Whey in October of 2006, for you.
We have nearly 400 cheese, in stock, as well as prosciutto’s, Serano hams and even Iberico Paleta whole and sliced and some of the best charcuterie, from producers like , Smoking Goose Meatery, , OLLI Salumeria Americana Little Pigs.
Olive oils imported and domestic.
Carolene our cheese monger and our incredible staff lead by Janell, Alissa and Jessa that guide you and will answer any questions you may have and care about you and your experience at Cured & Whey
All wrapped up with some of the best sandwiches and cheese and charcuterie boards, wine and beer and happy hour for you to enjoy.
