Last month we hosted Raga- The Tempo of Spice, a curated experience exploring the connection between sound, language and cuisine. It was more than a dinner. It was a performance. Huge thanks to for hosting us at their beautiful space and to all the staff for the support to make Raga a grand success. We couldn't have done it without storytelling and weaving the South Indian heritage into every plate.

Echo and made us feel so much at home and extended the invitation to come back, so we will be back at Echo this coming Fryday May 15th with our hugely popular and a more casual fried chicken pop up. Awarded best pop up by and named " The Next Big Thing in Fried Chicken " by , this one is a must try. We do sell out and hence reservations are recommended to secure your buckets. Inspired by the Madras Filter Coffee, which almost always is the finishing touch to any South Indian meal - this cocktail is made with Coffee, Rye whiskey, Allspice dram, Coconut, Vanilla - Chocolate & To***co bitters - layered, warm, and deeply expressive.

We have some exciting nights coming up at Toddy Shop® and we’d love to see you there.
Toddy Shop® Omakase Style, where the dive bar meets Chef's Table, is our chef-led, multi-course experience inspired by the Japanese tradition of omakase dining, no menu, just trust. Each course unfolds intentionally, highlighting some of Chef Hemant’s favorite memories and the flavors that make him feel at home. It’s intimate, interactive with small plates meant to be enjoyed as a full culinary journey.
Seats for Omakase are very limited to preserve the experience. Reservations are required and can be made at the link below.
And of course, our Fried Chicken Fryday nights are back, come early, bring friends, and don’t blink… we do sell out.
