Last month we hosted Raga- The Tempo of Spice, a curated experience exploring the connection between sound, language and cuisine. It was more than a dinner. It was a performance. Huge thanks to for hosting us at their beautiful space and to all the staff for the support to make Raga a grand success. We couldn't have done it without storytelling and weaving the South Indian heritage into every plate.
Echo and made us feel so much at home and extended the invitation to come back, so we will be back at Echo this coming Fryday May 15th with our hugely popular and a more casual fried chicken pop up. Awarded best pop up by and named " The Next Big Thing in Fried Chicken " by , this one is a must try. We do sell out and hence reservations are recommended to secure your buckets.
