Rubio's Rubio's is a Mexican and seafood restaurant that also offers family-style dining. To get to the West Sunset Road in Henderson, you can take the RTC bus route 212 and get off at the West Sunset Road stop. Alternatively, if you're driving, head south on Highway 15 and exit at West Sunset Road. There is a parking lot available for customers to park their vehicles. Once you are on West Sunset Road, there are several restaurants located in the area, including a Mexican restaurant, seafood restaurant, and family-style restaurant.
