Japanese restaurants are known for their exquisite cuisine and unique dining experience. Kushiyaki Inyo, located on Spring Mountain Road in Las Vegas, is a prime example of a Japanese restaurant that offers both. The restaurant boasts an Asian-themed atmosphere that transports diners to another world without having to leave the city.

One of the standout features of Kushiyaki Inyo is its diverse menu. Owner Chih Peter Chen has traveled extensively throughout Asia and has used his experiences to create a menu that offers a wide range of dishes from various regions. From sushi to ramen to yakitori, there is something for everyone at this tapas bar and restaurant.

The head chef at Kushiyaki Inyo, Gregg Fortunato, is also a major asset to the restaurant. With his extensive experience as the former Head Chef at BLU, he brings a level of expertise and creativity to the kitchen that results in dishes that are both delicious and visually stunning.

The interior of the restaurant is also worth mentioning. While much of it was kept from when it was featured on Food Network's Restaurant Impossible, there are added touches that give it an Asian flare. The combination of traditional elements with modern design creates an ambiance that is both inviting and sophisticated.

Overall, Kushiyaki Inyo is a must-visit for anyone looking for an authentic Japanese dining experience in Las Vegas. With its diverse menu, talented chef, and beautiful atmosphere, it's no wonder why it has quickly become one of the city's newest food attractions.
