Trask's Chicken & Fish, a restaurant located on North Rainbow Boulevard, brought the flavors of south side fried chicken and fish from Chicago to Las Vegas. The father and son duo had gained popularity amongst the locals since their opening date, but sadly announced their permanent closure on social media on 2022-10-15. Despite their closing, they expressed gratitude towards their customers and hoped to meet them again in the future.
