We showed up to the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Food & Beverage Expo ready to bring bold flavors and a little signature flair.

On the menu: mushroom pho potstickers, pesto torte cones, and lavender lemonade. From the savory depth of the potsticker to the fresh herbaceous bite of the pesto torte cone to the light floral notes of the lemonade — each one was designed to stand out while still feeling balanced.

Events like these are a good reminder that food is more than something you serve — it's something people experience. It's the first impression, the conversation starter, and often the detail guests remember most. That's why we approach every menu with creativity and a focus on how it all comes together in the moment.

The energy at the expo was incredible, and we loved connecting with so many people in the industry while sharing a bit of what we do. Grateful to be part of such a great event and to showcase a few of our favorites.

To reach your destination at W Arby Avenue in Las Vegas, you have a couple of options for transportation:

**Driving/Parking:**
1. If you're coming from the Las Vegas Strip, head north on S Las Vegas Blvd.
2. Merge onto I-15 N via the ramp to Salt Lake City.
3. Take exit 42 for US-95 N toward Reno.
4. Continue on US-95 N and take exit 75 for W Charleston Blvd.
5. Turn left onto W Charleston Blvd and then right onto S Jones Blvd.
6. Finally, turn left onto W Arby Avenue. Look for available parking in the vicinity.

**Public Transport:**
1. Use the RTC (Regional Transportation Commission) bus service. Check routes that serve the area, such as Route 203 or Route 215.
2. Board the bus at a nearby stop along your route and ensure it’s heading towards W Arby Avenue.
3. Disembark at the closest stop to your destination and walk to W Arby Avenue.

Make sure to check current schedules and routes for any updates or changes before you travel!
